Products and personalization

All products are made to order and personalized with the text and images you provide. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates and names before placing your order. By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse any order containing offensive, illegal or copyrighted content.

Product images

Product photos are illustrations. Because every item is printed individually, small variations in color, placement and size may occur.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
