How do I personalize my gift?

On every personalized product you'll see a field to type the name, date or message, and a button to upload your photo. Type it exactly as you want it printed and add it to your cart.

How long does it take to arrive?

Each gift is made to order after you place your order, then shipped. We'll email you the tracking number as soon as it ships.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because it's made just for you, a personalized item can't be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us and we'll make it right.

What photo should I upload?

A sharp, well-lit photo, as large as possible. Recent phone photos work great; avoid screenshots and very dark photos.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify with end-to-end encryption. We never see your card details.
